XxsnrpyThis hotel is an absolute gem. Its central location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Mekong River and the night market. The rooms are spacious and bright, with incredibly soft beds and floor-to-ceiling windows offering great city views. The staff provides warm and attentive service; the front desk team always greets you with a genuine, welcoming smile. Facilities are excellent, including a 24-hour gym, an indoor heated pool, and a sauna – perfect for relaxation. The breakfast selection is diverse, ranging from authentic Laotian dishes to Western options. The only minor drawback is the limited number of convenience stores nearby, but this is a small issue that doesn't detract from an otherwise outstanding stay. It's definitely an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.

YykkamiThe hotel's service was incredibly attentive. Upon check-in, they proactively helped with my luggage, and any requests were met promptly with a warm and thoughtful attitude. The room's cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, and the decor was simple yet elegant, making for a cozy and comfortable stay. It honestly rivals high-end hotels.

Mmerey tanFirst, it should not be listed as a hotel because there are no other amenities other than the provision of rooms. U have to do self check in using only LINE. The other listed options like WhatsApp, etc do not work.
Second, there are no sign boards indicating SHIN hotel leading to the place. On Grab app for transport, u can only find it using Korat Archery Club.
Third, it is 20 minutes walk from the 80th Anniversary King's Stadium. I had booked this location because I was there to watch the ASEAN Para Games. There are only 2 provision stores and 2 small eateries within walking distance from this accommodation.
The room is decorated in Japanese style. If you only need a place to stay within walking distance from the stadium and the cluster, then perhaps you can consider this choice.

DDatouge1988I've stayed here many times. Every time I come to Korat, I stay at this hotel. It's very convenient, very clean, and I sleep really well. Why is it so clean, tidy, and comfortable? The breakfast is also quite good.

JJamesJamyJamesThe room was large, but it had no functionality at all. At first, I didn’t expect much because the price was cheap, but the room turned out to be worse than I expected. There wasn’t even a hair dryer.
There was no Wi-Fi information provided in the room. I had to use my phone to call the staff, then add them on LINE, and send my phone number and room number just to register and log in to the Wi-Fi. It was very inconvenient.
The room was big, but that’s the only good thing about it — there was basically nothing else. Nothing at all. They provided two bottles of water, which was fine. The location is good, close to the night market.
There is a 500 baht cash-only deposit. If you don’t have cash, they will keep your ID card instead.
Overall, I was not impressed.

GGuest UserThe hotel is okey, quite new, but still a bit noizy have to be carefull in the hallway cause you can hear very clearly your neighbors. The rooms are big and clean. Some facilities did break in the bathroom during shower🥲 The breakfast is correct. For me all is okey but didn't deserve a 4 star rating.

The room wasn't cleaned well. Floor felt greasy and there was a lot of random hair lying around.
Bed was comfy especially given the price of the room. However cleanliness is questionable.
Fyi the fridge shuts off when you remove the keycard from the room. My ice and desserts melted while we were away for the day.

It's conveniently located within a short walking distance of a 7-eleven, and to top it off, they have an adorable coffee shop that serves delicious food.
